These terms are written in plain language so we can be good neighbors. By using mamamandu.com, joining our waitlist, or buying from us, you agree to them.

That Denver address is our mailing office. Please do not visit it. We serve Colorado families from our packing routine. Saturday drop and pickup are arranged by email. They are not walk-in hours at Suite N.
What we sell
We sell fully cooked, frozen beef yaki mandu.
This is packaged frozen food for your table. You take the bag home, cook what you need, and keep the rest frozen for next time.
How to cook
- Keep the bag frozen until you are ready.
- Warm a pan over medium-high heat with a little oil.
- Add the mandu frozen or thawed.
- Cook 5 to 7 minutes, until golden brown.
- Return what you do not eat to the freezer.
Cook to 165°F. The bag for that lot is the source of truth for ingredients, allergens, and any claim printed on that pack.
Colorado only
We sell only in Colorado. Saturday drop is limited to the Colorado Springs area we name for that week. If you live elsewhere in Colorado, pickup in Colorado Springs is the option. We do not ship frozen food. We do not accept out-of-state orders. If you join from outside Colorado, we will decline the waitlist with thanks. You will not be charged to join.
Waitlist
Joining is free and welcome. A waitlist place is not a reserved bag and not a promise of a date. If you leave a card on file, Whop will not charge it unless we approve you for a paid Saturday. We may approve you, decline you, or move a drop request to pickup if your ZIP is outside that week’s route. We will say so kindly and clearly.
When you buy
A paid order is a retail sale of packaged frozen food to you, for your home. It is not wholesale, catering, or a restaurant meal.
Please read the bag before you cook. Our kitchen is small. Wheat, soy, sesame, and other allergens may be present. If you cannot eat what is on that label, please do not eat that bag.
Skip, cancel, and care
Waitlist: email [email protected] and we will take you off, no fuss.
When the Saturday Club is open:
- Skip by Sunday night, America/Denver, or that bag is still packed.
- If we cancel a Saturday, we refund you or move you to the next date.
- If a bag arrives thawed or incorrect because of us, email order@ within 24 hours. We will replace it or refund that bag.
- We do not refund a bag after it has been cooked simply because the flavor was not to taste.
Payments
Paid checkouts run through Whop. Whop’s terms cover the charge itself.
The site
The Mama Mandu name, site, and pack design belong to Mama Mandu LLC. Please do not copy them for sale.
What we do not promise
We do not promise a Saturday if we cannot pack that week. We do not promise doorstep delivery across the whole state. We do not promise grocery-store placement.
If something goes wrong
Food is perishable. Please follow the bag. To the fullest extent Colorado law allows, Mama Mandu LLC’s responsibility for an order is limited to what you paid us for that order.
Law
These terms follow Colorado law. If a court is needed, El Paso County, Colorado.
