What we collect
We collect only what we need to run the waitlist and, when sales are open, to pack your bag:
- Name and email
- Colorado delivery or pickup address, city, and ZIP
- Whether you prefer Saturday drop or pickup
- Notes you send us
- Basic technical logs that keep the site and checkout working
If you place a card on file, Whop processes that payment. We do not see your full card number.
We do not sell your information. We do not rent your information. We do not buy mailing lists. We do not use your waitlist to advertise other companies.
Why we collect it
- To confirm we can serve your ZIP
- To invite you when a Saturday is open
- To pack and deliver or hold your order
- To answer you politely and promptly
- To keep payments and the site in good working order
- To keep the records Colorado food and tax rules ask of us
Who may see it
- Mama Mandu LLC
- Whop, for the waitlist, checkout, and payment
- Google Workspace, for our business email
- A kitchen partner, insurer, or bookkeeper, and only as needed for that work
- A government agency, if the law requires it
We do not ship frozen food out of Colorado. We do not give your address to a national carrier for a dumpling order.
How long we keep it
Waitlist details: until you ask to be removed, or until that list closes. Order details: as long as food safety, tax, and bookkeeping rules require.
Your choices

- tell you what we have
- correct an address
- remove you from the waitlist
- delete what the law allows us to delete
We are a small company. There is no automated portal. We will write you back in a reasonable time.
Children
This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Cookies
The site and Whop may use cookies so the waitlist and checkout work. We do not use cookies to follow you across the internet for advertising.
Changes
If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we will update the date above.
